This vest does not need to cover the entire length of your dachshund’s back to be effective. The priority is to choose a size adapted to the chest and the proper fit of the vest.

How to put on the life jacket?
- Loosen the collar and open the 3 buckles.
- Place the vest on your dog’s back.
- Fasten the buckle around the neck.
- Adjust the two straps at the chest.
- Then adjust the fit around the neck.
The floating part of the collar does not need to cover your dog’s entire neck.
⚠️ Do not overtighten the straps: once adjusted, you should be able to easily fit two fingers between the straps and your dog.
